The following Note was attached to an Interlocutor of date 13 May 2010 issued by the Lord Lyon King of Arms who, having considered a Petition brought by Willi Ernst Sturzenegger of Arran in which he sought to be recognised as Willi Ernst Sturzenneger of Arran, Feudal Earl of Arran, and having heard Counsel for the Petitioner, refused the crave therein.
